No Refunds

All subscription fees paid to Radical are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period, whether you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated for any reason.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your Radical subscription at any time by emailing us at help@itsradical.com with your account email address and a request to cancel.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

• You will retain access to your Radical account and all features until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Your subscription will not automatically renew
• All active campaigns will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period

Billing After Cancellation

Once you cancel:

• You will be charged for the current billing period in which you submit your cancellation request
• No further charges will occur after the end of your current billing period
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to help@itsradical.com
